Siemens is currently training 29 young people to be electricians and mechatronics engineers. Some hail from Spain, Portugal and Greece. Many already have degrees under their belts. But they can't get a job at home, so they've decided to return to the classroom. Compared to many of their counterparts back home, they're the lucky ones.
